Primary school party
The Primary School Festival will take place in Hafnarfjörður on Wednesday, 6th February.
On Wednesday, 6th February, the Primary School Festival will take place in Hafnarfjörður. The youth clubs and schools have been running this project for years, and it has been to the great credit of the young people and their initiatives.
The following day, there will be performances at the Gaflar Theatre at 11:30, 13:00 and 14:30. There, students from the town's schools and the Gaflar Theatre's drama group will present the results of all kinds of art-related work.
In the evening, a dance will take place from 19:00 at the Strandgata Sports Hall, finishing at 22:00. Performers include Ragga Hólm, Flóni, Herra Hnetusmjör, MaxiXDaxi, DJ Angel Souls and the winners of the Hafnarfjörður singing competition: Sveinbjörg Júlía Kjartansdóttir, Jón Ragnar Einarsson and Erlendur Snær Erlendsson from Hraunvallaskóli, and Unnur Elín Sigursteinsdóttir from Öldutúnsskóli.
Everyone will be driven home after the dance.
