Kapelluhraun, Phase 2
The Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved at its meeting on 2 May. to advertise the proposal for an amended detailed plan for Kapelluhraun Phase 2, and for the amendment to be advertised in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.
Kapelluhraun Phase 2, amendment to the local plan.
The Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved at its meeting on 2 May. to advertise the proposal for an amended detailed plan for Kapelluhraun Phase 2, and for the amendment to be advertised in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.
The change consists of the following: plots Álhella 2 and 3 are combined into a single plot, Álhella 3.
The combined size of the plots before the change is 17,367 m², which will become 18,275 m² after the change. Upon the merger of the plots, a road will be moved to Álhellu 1 and will then run between Álhellu 3 and 4.
The utilisation ratio for the following plots increases: at Álhellu 3 and 4, and from 11 to 17 it will be 0.5 instead of 0.4. For Steel Plate 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 18, the NHR will be 0.5 instead of 0.35.
The proposals will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Customer Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Environmental and Planning Services, Norðurhellu 2, from 9 May to 20 June 2019. The detailed plan proposal can be viewed here:
Further information is available from the Environmental and Planning Service. Those who consider themselves to have an interest are given the opportunity to make comments on the amendment. These should be submitted in writing to the Environmental and Planning Service of Hafnarfjörður Municipality no later than 20 June.
