Bergið headspace provides young people with free counselling.

At the beginning of March, a contract was signed with Bergið headspace ...free counselling provided by them, located at the Hamranes youth centre for residents of Hafnarfjörður. The counselling at Bergið headspace is based on an approach of easy accessibility, is completely confidential, and is entirely free of charge. 

The Bergsins' counsellor will be at the Hammer every Monday, and you can book an appointment on their website. www.bergid.is or by sending an email to mgm@hafnarfjordur.is, ring 6645551 or contact the staff at Hamar via their Facebook or Instagram pages. Hamarinn is a youth centre for young people. for 16-25 year-olds at the old tax office at 14 Suðurgata, operating on the values of equality, friendship and well-being.

We encourage all young people in Hafnarfjörður aged 13-25 to find out about this great service and make use of it.
