MsH Encouragement Award – Nominations invited
For the sixth year in a row, the Marketing Office of Hafnarfjörður is awarding an incentive prize to a company that has enhanced the town's atmosphere through its activities and events. In addition, awards are given to companies, associations or individuals whose activities have enhanced the town's business life and community spirit. The awards and recognition are the marketing office's way of expressing its gratitude for the selfless work in making Hafnarfjörður a better community.

Nomination for 2021
The time has now come to nominate companies, organisations or individuals for these awards. Anyone can make a nomination, but a justification must be included. The board of the marketing agency will then review the nominations and select the award winners from among them.

Awards and prize-giving
The award winners will be announced at a ceremony on the 17th of February. A feature film about the company that received the encouragement award will also be premiered.
Former award winners
Last year, it was the Heiðrún Helgadóttir Art School that received the encouragement prize, while Ban Kúnn, Gulli Arnar, Gunnar Björn Guðmundsson and the Women's Fund also received recognition.
