• 0708072 – 6-month settlement 2007.

  The management accounts for January to June 2007 were presented. The Harbour Master reviewed and explained the main items of the accounts, noting that the figures as at 30.06. are in line with the budget. Following a discussion on the harbour's income, the Mayor reported on discussions he has had with various parties regarding the export of water, which, if it were to materialise, would have a significant impact on the harbour's revenue streams.

• 0708068 – Óseyrarbraut 1b

  A proposal from Sola Kapital ehf. for the merger of plots 1 and 1b, Óseyrarbraut, dated 10 August 2007, signed by Sigurður H. Ólason, was presented. The Harbour Master presented the minutes of the meeting dated 19 March 2004, which record the Harbour Board's approval of the allocation of the plot at Óseyrarbraut lb and the merger of the plots at Óseyrarbraut 1 and 1b.

  The Harbour Board agrees to instruct the Borough Solicitor to review this matter and make a proposal for the procedure to be followed.

• Speeding through the harbour area

  A submission from Gára ehf., dated 2 May 2007, marked Sigvaldi Hraf Jósafatsson, regarding a serious driving offence on Suðurbakki.

  The Harbour Board agrees to have signs installed indicating a 30 km/h speed limit and to inform the police of the incident.

• 0706368 – Application for the expansion of the oil storage facility

  The harbour master reviewed the application from Atlantsol ehf, which was submitted at the last meeting, provided an update on the situation and reported on discussions he has had with representatives of Atlantsol ehf.

• 0702364 – 100th anniversary of the Port of Hafnarfjörður.

  Discussion on preparations for the 100th anniversary of the harbour on 1 January 2009.

• 0702340 – Relocation of pontoon, slipway, 31 Óseyrarbraut etc.

  The harbour master provided an update on the preparations for the relocation of the floating quay.

• 0705009 – Meetings on the future of the harbour.

  The chairman of the harbour board discussed the harbour's vision.

  The Harbour Board agreed to begin preparatory work on the harbour's strategy.
