  The Executive Committee agrees to refer the promotional material for review to the Local Agenda Officer and the School Office. Furthermore, the Executive Committee and staff of the Executive Department will review the brochure between meetings.

  A report by the local planner, dated 5 July 2007, regarding the access route to the Keilir training area, was presented.

  The Executive Council approves the implementation on its part on the basis of an 80-20-% cost-sharing and refers the matter to the Town Council, acting on behalf of the Municipal Council, as it is not provided for in the current year's budget.

  To consider a request from the Executive Department regarding the processing of the tender for the renewal of Hamarsbraut, for which tenders will be opened on 17 July.

  The Executive Board authorises the Executive Department to negotiate a contract with the bidder with the most favourable offer at the opening. The outcome of the tender will also be sent to the Executive Board by email.
