  A letter from Hitaveita Suðurnesja hf. dated 31 May 2007 was submitted regarding the allocation of three plots for distribution stations at Phase 7 of the Vallar area, Hafnarfjörður, as shown on the attached drawing.

  The Town Council agrees to refer the matter to the Planning and Building Department for comment.

• 0705327 – Vesturhraun in Garðabær, site application.

  A letter dated 25th May from Framtak Machinery and Ship Service Ltd. was presented, in which they apply for a plot of land owned by the City of Hafnarfjörður.

  The town council rejects the request.

• 0705230 – Steel Slab 8, Site Application

  The Town Council agrees to refer the matter to the Planning and Building Department for comment.

• 0706061 – Einivellir 1-3, plot application.

  A site application dated 4th June from Heimahagar ehf., reg. no. 660101-2920, has been submitted, applying for the plot at Einivellir 1-3, Hafnarfjörður.

  The plot is not available for allocation at this time.

  A report was presented from the board of the Cuxhaven Twin Towns Association on its activities for the year 2006.

• 0705237 – Sorpa bs, new framework agreement

  A new founding agreement for SORPA bs has been submitted; a second copy of the founding agreement, which contained incorrect dates, was recently sent out.

• 0705234 – Einhella 11, allotment transfer

  A letter from Helgi Lárusson of Skýrr ehf., registration no. 590269-7199, dated 23 May, was submitted, stating that the plot at Einhellu 11 is being returned.

• Revision of the regulations on building rights fees and the regulations on road construction charges.

  Finance Director Sveinn Bragason attended the meeting and presented a summary and the findings of a staff working group from the operations team, the executive department, and the planning and construction department.

• 0702100 – Heat Supply of the South West - pre-emption right on shares.

  The town council instructs the finance director to submit a report on the matter.

• 0705197 – BSH Vehicle Station, right to taxi ranks.

  A letter from BSH dated 29th May was presented.

  A summary from Consulting and Economic Forecasting on the development of foreign loans was presented. Sveinn Bragason, Finance Director, attended the meeting.
