• 0801003 – Hvaleyrarbraut-Óseyrarbraut, site planning

  The concept for the development of the area between Óseyrarbraut and Hvaleyrarbraut, which stakeholders in the area's development have presented to the Port Board, was discussed.

• 0710118 – Óseyrarbraut 8 - 10 and 12 - 14.

  A drawing by ALARK architects of the northern section of Óseyrarbraut was presented.

  The Harbour Board agrees to review the planning of the area at Óseyrarbraut 6 to 14 and Cuxhavengata 1, in cooperation with the Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður, so that the plot ratio will be 55% and the maximum building height will be 16 metres. Furthermore, provisions regarding the roof ridge direction of houses will be removed from the area's detailed plan.

• 0705009 – Meetings on the future of the harbour.

  The harbour master presented the work that has been done in preparation for the harbour's strategic planning.

  The Harbour Board agrees that a three-person steering group will be formed to work on this strategy, together with the consultants commissioned to develop the strategy, as well as the harbour master and staff.

• 0702340 – Relocation of pontoon, slipway, 31 Óseyrarbraut etc.

  The harbour master would present the status of the work and its main aspects.

• 0709106 – New plot on Óseyrarbraut.

  A preliminary sketch was presented showing a possible new plot of land north of Óseyrarbraut 31.

• 0701138 – Future harbour area.

  The Chairman of the Harbour Board reviewed the Harbour Board's meeting with the Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður on 22 January 2007 and mentioned the main points of discussion.

  The Harbour Board agrees to request cooperation with the Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður to initiate a preliminary presentation on the future harbour area of Hafnarfjörður.
