  The Executive Board's decision on the revised 2009 investment framework, as adopted at its meeting on 14 December, was presented.

  The Town Council refers the following proposal to the Municipal Council: “The Municipal Council of Hafnarfjörður approves the proposal for a revised investment framework for the year 2009.“;

• 0912114 – HS Veitur hf, shareholders' meeting 29.12.2009

  A letter from HS Veitur hf, dated 7 December 2009, was presented, announcing a shareholders' meeting of the company on Tuesday, 29 December 2009.

  The Town Council agrees to authorise the town's representative on the board of HS Veitur, Eyjólfur Sæmundsson, to act on the council's behalf at the meeting.;

• 0907055 – Tender for the procurement of goods and services

  A response was presented to the query from the VG from the town council meeting on 3 December regarding printing costs.

Applications

• 0912076 – Breiðhella 2, enquiry

  A submission from Bergplast ehf, dated 11 December 2009, has been received, requesting an extension of the company's plot at Breiðhellu 2. A report from the Planning and Building Department is available.

  The Town Council welcomes the application and instructs the Planning and Building Department to finalise the matter.;

• 0911058 – Breiðhella 2, plot for HS Veitur

  To be considered again is a request from HS Veitur hf for a plot for a distribution station within the Breiðhella 2 plot. A report from the Planning and Building Department and the landowner's consent are available.

  The Town Council welcomes the application but notes that the plot holder of Breiðhellu 2 has already requested a plot extension, which requires a change to the detailed plan. The application will be processed in conjunction with that change.;

• 0911475 – Shipalón 27, enquiry, plot enlargement

  Lagt fram erindi húsfélags Skipalóns 27 dags. 17.11.2009 þar sem sótt um stækkun ofangreindrar lóðar til að fjölga bílastæðum. %0DSkipulags- og byggingarsvið tekur neikvætt í erindið þar sem það er ekki í samræmi við gildandi deiliskipulag.%0DSkipulags- og byggingarfulltrúi mætti til fundarins.

  The Town Council requests further justification from the applicant for the request.;

• 0912113 – Gjáhella 1, transfer of plot

  Lagt fram erindi Þ. Þorgrímssonar & Co. dags. 10. desember 2009 þar sem óskað er eftir að skila lóðinni Gjáhellu 1.%0DUmsögn skipulags- og byggingarsviðs liggur fyrir. %0DÁlögð lóðargjöld eru kr. 38.703.171 miðað við bygg.vt. 376,7.

  The Town Council rejects the aforementioned waiver for its part and recommends to the Town Council:“The Hafnarfjörður Town Council rejects the submitted waiver in accordance with the opinion of the Department of Planning and Construction and Article 8 of the regulations on the waiver of plots of land.“;

Grants

• 0901252 – Grants from the Town Council 2009

  A summary of the status of grant awards in 2009 was presented.

  The Town Council approves a grant of kr. 50,000 to the Association of the Deaf, to be taken from budget item 21-815, the Town Council's grant-in-aid budget.

  Grant applications for the year 2010 will be processed in that year.
