A submission from Hjálmar Magnússon on behalf of Borgarvirkis, dated 9 October 2009, has been presented, requesting the return of plot no. 4 at Einhelja and the cancellation of the building permit.
The Town Council, for its part, denies the request for release and recommends to the Town Board:
“ The Hafnarfjörður Town Council denies the request from Borgarvirkis ehf for the release of the plot Einhelli 4, in light of the opinion of the Planning and Building Department and Article 7 of the regulations on the release of plots.

At the Executive Board meeting on 2 November, the sale of a share flat at Sólvangsvegur 3 was referred to the Town Council for its decision. The Family Council made no objections to the sale at its meeting on Wednesday, 4 November.
