The Sports and Leisure Committee gives the following opinion: The representative of the Independence Party does not concur with the opinion.
ÍTH proposes that a joint a joint future strategy for the development of football pitches, stand buildings and training pitches for football in Hafnarfjörður, and that following this strategic planning, a decision will be made on further development at the club's current artificial turf pitch. It is clear that the spectator facilities at the artificial turf pitch need to be improved, as it could be used all year round.;

The Sports and Leisure Committee gives the following opinion:
The Sports and Leisure Committee welcomes this accelerated implementation and considers it necessary, primarily for safety reasons. As the project was in the 2008 budget and was about to be implemented, the Sports and Leisure Committee considers it good practice for Sörli to enter into an agreement with the City of Hafnarfjörður regarding the accelerated implementation of this riding path.;

It is requested that the City of Hafnarfjörður ensures that information about the changed arrangements and application deadlines is communicated to all parents in Hafnarfjörður, and that parents are encouraged to find out which sports and leisure clubs the municipality has contracted with on the City of Hafnarfjörður's website. In this regard, information could be sent to all parents via Mentor.;
