• 0909084 – Holtaberg and its connection to Hólsberg

  A letter from Jóhannes Einarsson regarding the finishing works at Holtaberg was presented.

  The matter is referred to the Planning and Building Committee regarding the closure of Holtaberg at Hólsberg. Consequently, work on Holtaberg is postponed until a decision has been reached.;

• 0711109 – Sorli, bridleways

  A submission from the Riding Club Sörli, dated 10 September 2009, regarding the widening and lighting of the so-called forest ring, was presented.

  The Executive Council welcomes the proposal and requests a report from the ITH. A financial breakdown from Sorli is also requested.;

• 0909158 – Sörli - expansion of the club facilities - accelerated implementation

  A letter from the Riding Club Sörli, dated 17 September 2009, was presented.

• 0701248 – Hamranes, landscaping area

  Taken up.

• 0811164 – Óbrinnishólar, mining

  The application from Hraunsteinar Ltd. dated 15 September 2009 regarding a continuing processing licence at Óbrinnishólar was presented.

  The Executive Committee reiterates that the Working Group on Mines and Tips in the Hafnarfjörður area should complete its work. Referred to the next meeting.;

• 0908194 – Hellisgerði, coffee shop operation

  A report from the Culture and Tourism Committee, which was referred to the Executive Committee, is considered; a draft announcement is also presented.

  The Executive Council welcomes the proposal and instructs the Hafnarfjörður Property Society to continue working on the matter with the Culture and Tourism Committee.;

• 0906233 – Utility infrastructure, inauguration

  Taken up.

  Dagur Jónsson and Kristján Stefánsson reviewed the Service Day, which was on 12 September. The Executive Committee thanks everyone for the preparation and running of the day.;

• 0703337 – Drainage system, connection to Garðabær

  A report was made on discussions with representatives of Garðabær regarding the matter; the minutes from the meeting were also presented.

  Sigurður Páll Harðarson and Kristján Stefánsson went over the situation regarding Garðabær.;

• 0908009 – Sewerage works, contractor's claim for price adjustments.

  A claim from Ístaks, dated 12 September 2009, was submitted.

  The Director of the Sewerage Department and the Project Manager, in collaboration with the Legal Adviser of the Planning and Building Department, are to be tasked with submitting a memorandum on the matter to the next meeting of the Executive Board.;
