General presentations

• 0909009 – Hvammabraut - planting

  A memorandum from the Head Gardener, dated 1 September, regarding the planting at Hvammabraut was presented.

  The Head of Horticulture, Björn B. Hilmarsson, attended the meeting and presented the memorandum. He was tasked with continuing to work on the matter in accordance with the discussions at the meeting.;

  The Executive Board has no objection to the contract for the accelerated implementation of this project, in accordance with the cooperation agreement between ÍBH and the City of Hafnarfjörður. The supervision of the work is with the Quarter Mile Club, while the project supervision is with the Department of Operations. The final decision on the matter rests with the Town Council.;

• 0909003 – Snowploughing and anti-skid measures 2009

  Arrangements for snow clearance and gritting presented.

  Halldór Ingólfsson attends the meeting. Halldór, Helga and Sigurður Páll present the matter.;

• 0909024 – Property managers

  A work guide for property managers and a list of names of the managers were presented.

  Sigurður explained the matter.;

• 0705184 – Ásvellir, working group minutes

  Minutes of site meetings no. 23 and 24 were presented. A letter from the football club Haukar, dated 1 September 2009, regarding accelerated works was presented. A letter from the Icelandic Football Association (KSÍ), dated 24 August 2009, was presented. Cost estimates from Strending and the main drawings of a temporary stand from ASK architects were presented.

  Discussions with representatives of Gardabaer regarding the matter were reported.
