      Tenders for street sweeping were submitted.

      Ishmael David attends the meeting and presents the tenders.The Executive Board authorises the Executive Department to enter into a contract with the lowest bidder, Íslenska Gámafélagið, for one year with the possibility of an extension for up to 5 years.;

      A letter from the Kvarmíluklúbburinn, dated 21st April, was presented regarding the tarmacking of the area.

      The Executive Committee authorises the Executive Department to review the matter with the Quarter Mile Club and otherwise refers the matter to the 2010 budget.;

      Tenders for asphalt repairs were submitted.

    The Executive Council instructs the Executive Directorate to settle accounts on completion of the work.;
