  Margrét Elísabet Ólafsdóttir is stepping down from the artistic board of Hafnarborg for personal reasons.

  The board appointed Thorbjörg Br. Gunnarsdóttir in her place.

• 0905205 – Eiríkur Smith Research

  The Director presented Aðalsteinn Ingólfsson's research on the works of Eiríkur Smith. He has completed the work, and it is being used as a source of information and for exhibition purposes. An exhibition of Eiríkur's works is planned for 2010, where this work will be made visible.

• 0904224 – Exhibition Programme 2009

  The board approved the director's proposals for a review of the 2009 programme in light of the financial situation.

• 0905083 – Harbour City, Exhibition Programme 2010

  The director presented a draft of the 2010 exhibition programme.

• 0904225 – Outdoor artwork owned by the City of Hafnarfjörður

  The ideas discussed by the Culture and Tourism Officer regarding Hafnarborg taking over the management of the outdoor artworks currently under the care of the Culture and Tourism Officer. The board approves the proposal for its part.

• 0903205 – Port City, other matters 2009

  The director presented ideas for the Icelandic contribution to the Venice Biennale to be shown at Hafnarborg at the beginning of 2010. The board expressed its interest in this and instructed the director to pursue the matter further. Discussion on signage at Hafnarborg and the poor condition of the south gable.

  The board instructed the director to follow up on the matter.
