• 0902059 – Association of Icelandic Municipalities, XXIIIrd National Assembly

  A letter from the Association of Icelandic Local Authorities, dated 3 February 2009, was presented, stating that the association's 23rd national congress will be held on 13 March in Reykjavík. Also submitted is a list of the delegates to the national assembly. Any changes, if any, are requested to be notified by 1 March.

  Responses were presented to the questions raised regarding working groups and pay optimisation.

• 0811061 – Employment and Development Centre

  The Service and Development Manager presented the situation regarding job creation and development. Information was also presented on unemployment in Hafnarfjörður, which is now 6% or 1008 people. A memorandum from the Service and Development Manager, dated 12 February 2009, regarding the Entrepreneur Centre was also presented.

  The Town Council instructs the Director of Services and Development to proceed with the matter in accordance with the submitted memorandum.

• 0810128 – Service Centre, Hringhellu premises

  The town solicitor reported on an offer for Ringhellu 9.

  The Town Council refers the following proposal to the Municipal Council: “The Municipal Council of Hafnarfjörður approves the pending offer to purchase Hringhæla 9 in accordance with the accompanying documents.“;

• 0812095 – Hverfisgata 41A, demolition

  A letter from the owners of the above-mentioned plot, dated 8 February 2009, has been submitted, requesting discussions regarding the final landscaping of the plot.

  The Town Council instructs the Planning and Building Committee to proceed with the matter.

  The Town Council, having regard to the report of the Planning and Building Department, approves the attached deeds of conveyance and recommends them to the Borough Council:“The Hafnarfjörður Town Council confirms the decision regarding the conveyances in item 7 of the Town Council's minutes from 12 February.“;

• 0902103 – Álfhella 7, allocation

  SE hús ehf applies by email on 5 February 2009 to swap the plots at Dverghella 6 and Álfhella 7 and also requests permission to change the building envelope of Álfhella 7 to 28x50m.

  The Town Board resolves to propose to the Town Council:“The City Council of Hafnarfjörður approves the relinquishment of the plot at Dverghellu 6 and the allocation of the plot at Álfhellu 7 to SE Húsar ehf, in accordance with the available documentation and the further conditions of the City Planner and Building Inspector.“;

• 0901257 – Fish racks by Krísuvíkurveg, plot

  Application from Svalþúfa ehf, dated 23 January 2009, was submitted requesting a plot for a fish shed at Krísuvíkurveg.

  The Town Council agrees to refer the matter to the Planning and Building Department for further processing.

• 0902101 – Fly-fishing course 6, changeover

  Geir Magnússon, on behalf of himself, Thelma Víglundsdóttir, Kristinn Þ. Geirsson and Kristín Björnsdóttir, seeks permission to exchange plots of land from Plot 14, Fluguskeið, to Plot 6, Fluguskeið.

  The Town Board resolves to propose to the Town Council: “The Town Council of Hafnarfjörður approves the release of the plot at Fluguskeið 14 and also the allocation to Geir Magnússon, Thelma Víglundsdóttir, Kristinn Þ. Geirssyni and Kristínu Björnsdóttur the plot of land Fluguskeið 16 in accordance with the available documentation and the further conditions of the Planning and Building Officer.“;

  The town council instructs the Department of Planning and Building to proceed with the matter in accordance with the discussions at the meeting.

  A proposal from Hannes Ragnarsson, dated 27 January 2009, was presented, requesting a plot of land for a hot dog van.

  The town council refers the matter to the planning and building department for review, as the plot in question does not exist as such.

  Lögð fram eftirfarandi tillaga fulltrúa Sjálfstæðisflokksins.%0DFulltrúar Sjálfstæðisflokksins í bæjarráði leggja til að samstarfshópur bæjarráðs sem stofnað var til 9. október sl. verði lagður niður og verkefni hans tekin fyrir á fundum bæjarráðs líkt og kveðið er á um í 65.gr samþykktar Hafnarfjarðarkaupstaðar, um mál er varða fjármál sveitarfélagsins. Einnig er lagt til að á hverjum bæjarráðsfundi verði gefið yfirlit um störf aðgerðarhóps um almannaheill, framkvæmd Deiglunnar, verkefnis um atvinnu- og þróunarsetur og fyrirhugaðs Frumkvöðlaseturs.%0DEnnfremur að fjölskyldu- og fræðsluráð hafi aðkomu að tillögum starfsmanna um fjárútlát til einstakra verkefna úr svokölluðum Velferðarsjóði sem stofnaður var í byrjun árs. %0D%0D
