  Regarding this item, Kristján Ómar Björnsson from the Haukar elite school came and spoke about the activities.

  The Education Committee thanks Kristján for the presentation. The Education Committee instructs the Director of the Department to prepare a framework for a partnership agreement regarding the Haukar and FH elite sports schools.;

  The Chair of the Education Committee and the Director of the Department reported on the merger process.

  Chairman requests nominations for the discussion group (in accordance with item 4 of the Education Committee's proposals of 19 April). to enter into negotiations with the Hjalli School Group regarding the revision of the agreement between the parties, with the aim of securing a benefit for the municipality.  The group shall be composed of one representative from each political party with a seat on the town council.;
