  A report from the committee of proposals on how to respond to the financial difficulties of the ports, dated 18 December 2009, was presented. A correction to the report was also reported, as the monetary assets of the Port of Hafnarfjörður had been forgotten.

  The chairman of the editorial board presented a draft notice for a tender to write the history of the harbour.

  The Harbour Board approved advertising a tender for the writing of the history of the Port of Hafnarfjörður, in accordance with the editorial committee's proposal.;
