• 1001168 – Magni ehf, price adjustments

  A submission from the law firm Landslög on behalf of Verktaka Magna ehf regarding a claim for indexation on unindexed contracts.

  The Executive Committee refers the matter to the department's solicitor for a legal opinion.;

• 0911564 – Subsoil, topsoil restoration

  The submission from Gróður fyrir fólk dated 23 November 2009 regarding afforestation in the Undirhlíð quarry was presented. The memorandum from the Hafnarfjörður Water Supply dated 28 January 2010 was presented.

  The Executive Council requests a comment from the Executive Department regarding the matter.;

• 0712004 – Police bylaws, regulations

  Draft of the Police Ordinance for Hafnarfjörður, dated November 2009, was presented. Comments from the Executive Department, dated January 2010, were presented. The matter was referred to the department by the Town Council.

• 0702368 – Hamranes/Vellir Primary, Play and Music School

  The working group's conclusion on the matter has been presented. The comments of the consultees and the bidders' proposals have also been presented. The matter has been presented to the Education Committee, the Planning and Building Committee, and the Environment Committee.

  The Executive Board agrees with the working group's conclusion that, taking into account the tender documents, Hornstein's proposal has the best overall score. The Executive Board emphasises that the winning proposal does not provide a direct authorisation for a contract and that the project is not included in the 2010 budget.;

• 1001273 – Hjallabraut 33, property partition agreement

  A request was submitted from the homeowners' association at 33 Hjallabraut, regarding the drawing up of a property partition agreement for the property.

• 0709219 – Accessibility for disabled people,

  A communication from the municipal council of 22 December 2009 was presented.

  The Executive Council is requesting an updated status assessment of accessibility for all.;

• 1001275 – Hafnarfjörður Rescue Squad - Housing matters

  An overview of the situation regarding the housing situation at the Hafnarfjörður Rescue Squad.

  The Executive Council instructs the Executive Directorate to review the 2006 Memorandum of Understanding and to present a draft of a new one in light of changed circumstances.;

• 0906162 – Reassessment of assets

  Sigurður Páll reports on the status of the project.

• 0703337 – Drainage system, connection to Garðabær

  The stage manager reports on the status of the matter.

  The Executive Board reiterates that a formal notice should be sent to the municipality of Garðabær, stating that a settlement between the parties must be finalised, as the matter has been under discussion for three years.;
