  The Finance Director and the Head of the Accounts Department attended the meeting and presented a draft collection regulation.

  The mayor reported on a letter of intent between the Hafnarfjörður Waterworks and Baliqa Invest AG regarding water exports, a matter which was discussed by the executive board on Monday, 18th January, and the harbour board on 20th January.

• 1001197 – Capital Region Fire and Rescue Service, tariff

  A proposal from the Capital Region Fire and Rescue dated 15 January 2010 regarding the tariff schedule was presented. The Board of the Fire Service has approved the tariff schedule, but confirmation from the member municipalities is required for it to come into effect.

  The Town Council approved the fee schedule.;

  A response was presented to the query from the representative of the Independence Party from the last council meeting.

  A communication from the Mayor of Pärnu, Estonia, undated but received on 19 January 2010, is presented, announcing Hanse Days in the city from 24 to 27 June 2010.
