• 0709106 – Óseyrarbraut, new plot

  Lögð fram ósk Skipulags- og byggingaráðs Hafnarfjarðar um umsögn hafnarstjórnar um athugasemdir sem bárust vegna breytinga á aðal- og deiliskipulagi Suðurhafnarinnar í Hafnarfirði.%0DJafnframt lagðar fram athugasemdir um framangreinda tillögu að skipulagsbreytingum.

  The Harbour Board instructs the harbour master to discuss the matter with the City of Hafnarfjörður's planning manager.;

• 0912129 – Óseyrarbraut 1b, application for plot consolidation

  Consideration of the application from Fylkir ehf. for the plot at Óseyrarbraut 1b, for its merger with Óseyrarbraut 1, which was presented at the last meeting of the harbour board. A reply letter from Fylkir ehf., dated 12 January 2010 and signed by Eiríkur Óli Árnason, was presented in response to a query from the Port of Hafnarfjörður regarding the use of the combined plot and its upkeep.

  The Harbour Board, for its part, approves and recommends to the Town Council that the plot of land Óseyrarbraut 1b be allocated to Fylkir ehf, registration no. 540169-3229, for its merger with the plot of land Óseyrarbraut 1. A servitude shall be imposed on the combined plot, granting the owners of Hvaleyrarbraut 2 access to the service cellar of Hvaleyrarbraut 2. The allocation shall be subject to strict conditions regarding the neat and tidy finishing and upkeep of the plot.Upon completion of the land consolidation, the plot name and number for Óseyrabrautar 1b will be removed from the land registry.;

• 1001117 – Water export of Baliqa

  Drafts of a letter of intent were presented between the City of Hafnarfjörður and the Port of Hafnarfjörður, on the one hand, and Baliqa invest AG, on the other, to explore the possibility of exporting water from Hafnarfjörður.

  The Harbour Board approves the proposed draft Memorandum of Understanding.;

  The Harbour Board agrees to advertise for a historian to write the history of the Port of Hafnarfjörður.;

  A summary of ship traffic from January to December 2009 was presented.
