  The outcome of the tender for waste collection in Hafnarfjörður 2010-2013 was presented. The opinion of the lawyer for the City of Hafnarfjörður, dated 18.12.2009, and a memorandum from the Executive Department, dated 30.12.2009, were presented. Ishmael David from the Executive Department attended the meeting.

  The Executive Board authorises the Executive Department to enter into negotiations with Gámþjónustan hf on the basis of their offer.;
