  Minutes from the planning and building officer's disposal meetings of 02.11.11 and 09.11.11 were presented. Item A was dealt with by the building officer in accordance with the Building Regulations Act no. 160/2010. $line$ Presented.$line$

• 0704123 – Kaldársel, detailed plan

  Item 8 from the SBH minutes of 15 November. The status of the planning for the area was discussed. Previous discussions with the representatives of Kaldársel were reported. Þráni Hauksson and Landslag ehf have been tasked with commencing work on the plan. The Planning and Building Committee instructs the Planning and Building Department to prepare a proposal for an amendment to the general plan for the area, which is bounded by Kaldárhrauni and Gjáin to the north, west and east, and by the roots of the Undirhlíðar to the south, following the water-well fence. Also to prepare a scope of work for the plan, and to present it in accordance with Article 40 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010 and to initiate an archaeological survey of the area.$line$$line$Skipulags- og byggingarráð gerir eftirfarandi tillögu til bæjarstjórnar: “The Town Council resolves that a proposal for an amendment to the general plan for the Kaldársel area be prepared, in accordance with Article 30 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.“

  Sigríður Björk Jónsdóttir took the floor. The Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved the proposed motion with 11 unanimous votes.

• 1111223 – Imposition of council tax 2012

  „The Hafnarfjörður Town Council resolves that the property tax rate for 2012 will remain unchanged, i.e. 14.481%.“

  Gudmundur Rúnar Árnason, the mayor, spoke. The Hafnarfjörður City Council approved the proposed motion with 6 votes in favour. 5 abstained.
