      Go over what to do with the property.

      The Environment and Operations Committee agrees to put the property up for sale and to the relocation of the plot.

    • 1109067 – SSH Future Group, social housing

      Outcome of the SSH future forum on social housing presented.

    • 1110136 – Hellisgerði - Friends' Association

      Ragnhildur Jónsdóttir, Lárus Vilhjálmsson and Björn B. Hilmarsson, the head gardener, attended the meeting and presented ideas for the establishment of a Hellisgerði Friends Association.

      The Environment and Operations Committee welcomes the initiative.

    • Review of land prices, working group

      Presentation of the report

      Eyjólfur Þór Sæmundsson presented the report of the working group. The Environment and Operations Committee thanks him for the presentation.

    • 1110158 – Soil sample, location

      The future location of a soil tip in the land of Hafnarfjörður was discussed.

      Bjarki Jóhannesson, Berglind Guðmundsdóttir and Ishmael David attended the meeting and presented the future location of a soil tip in Hamranes. The Environment and Operations Committee supports the proposal to place the soil tip in the Hamranes quarry.

    • 1110012 – Security on institutional grounds and open areas

      Review the situation.

    • 1110157 – Kapelluhrauni storage area, road construction and fees

      Ástvaldur Óskarsson submits a question on behalf of Geymslusvæðisins ehf regarding who is to be responsible for roadworks and the construction of utility networks, and how the charging will be structured.

      Bjarki Jóhannesson went over the matter. The Environment and Operations Committee will postpone the matter until the next meeting.
