  1. Part A of building permits

    • 1108012 – Kaldárselsvegur K3, working drawings

      Guðbjörg Helga Guðbrandsdóttir submits test drawings on 5 August 2011.

    • 10102107 – Hraunbrún 24, building permit

      Hilmar Ásgeirsson is applying to install a rooflight in the house and build a balcony, in accordance with the drawing by building surveyor Þorleifur Björnsson, dated 17 May 2011.

    • 1107267 – Fléttuvellir 23, wall between plots

      Palmar Petursson wishes to erect a concrete wall on the boundary between plots no. 21 and 23, Fléttuvellir, in accordance with the drawing by Luigi Bartolozzi dated 6 June 2011. The consent of the plot holders is available.

      An email and a drawing have been received, dated 8 August 2011, in which Vilhelm xxx, on behalf of the Pigeon Fanciers' Association of Iceland, requests to erect a dovecote on a previously allocated site at Krýsuvíkurveg.

    • 1108010 – Fagraberg 16, works at the plot boundary

      Consent from the adjoining landowner regarding land development at the boundary with plot 16, Fagraberg, was presented.

      An enquiry has been received from Brammer Ltd, dated 27 July 2011, regarding the installation of a flagpole and sign at the entrance to the premises, along with a sign (logo) on the gable end of the building.

      The Planning and Building Officer welcomes the enquiry, but points out that the registered owner of the house must apply for planning permission.

    • 1107113 – Flatahraun 5a, query about a sign

      The company Norður og niður ehf requests permission to install a red telephone kiosk at the entrance to Flatahrauni 5a. The consent of the building's co-owners dated 5 August 2011 is attached.

      The Planning and Building Committee welcomes the enquiry and requests further information defining the location and appearance.

    • 1108040 – Vesturbraut 18, enquiry

      Thorkell Thorkelsson is submitting an enquiry regarding the replacement of the cladding on a part of the house.

    • 1108067 – Vallarbarð 14, enquiry.

      Halldór Ingólfsson is submitting an enquiry to request permission to extend the rear entrance of the house by 9 m². Permission is also requested to install a fence along the path behind the house for a length of 8 m.
