  1. Part A of building permits

    • 1106129 – Straumvík, extension to building 60

      On 10.06.11, Alcan in Iceland applied for permission to construct an extension to the existing thickener plant (building no. 60). The extension will be a continuation of the main form of the existing building. In accordance with drawings by Bæring Bjarni Jónsson dated 31.05.11. Stamped drawings from the Public Health Authority of Hafnarfjörður and Kópavogur and the Capital Region Fire and Rescue Service were received on 10.06.11.

      The Planning and Building Officer approves the building plans in accordance with Article 11 of the Building Regulations No. 160/2010. A building permit will be issued once the conditions of paragraphs 1-4 of Article 13 of the Building Regulations have been fulfilled.

    • 1106128 – Straumsvík Unit 82, alteration

      Alcan in Iceland Ltd. applied on 10 June 2011 for a licence to convert a concrete outbuilding, building no. 82, into an oil pump station in accordance with drawings by Bærings Jónsson dated 1 June 2011, as well as stamps from the Fire Service and the Health Inspectorate.

      The Planning and Building Officer approves the building plans in accordance with Article 11 of the Building Regulations No. 160/2010. A building permit will be issued once the conditions of paragraphs 1-4 of Article 13 of the Building Regulations have been fulfilled.

    • 1105483 – Lækjargata 10b, dormer

      Freyja Árnadóttir, on 26.05.2011, applies to add a gable to the south side of the house, and also to extend the porch by 50cm to the south, in accordance with drawings by Aðalsteinn V. Júlíusson dated 24.05.2011. A report from the House Preservation Committee has been received.

      The Planning and Building Officer approves the building plans in accordance with Article 11 of the Building Regulations No. 160/2010. A building permit will be issued once the conditions of paragraphs 1-4 of Article 13 of the Building Regulations have been fulfilled.
