    • 1003280 – ÍBH, Time Allocation 2011-2012

      The Sports Representative submitted a timetable of time allocations to the Hafnarfjörður Sports Association (ÍBH) for 2011-2012 in the sports halls in Hafnarfjörður. The total number of allocated hours is approximately 26,000, when the summer and winter allocations are combined.

      The Sports and Leisure Committee approves the allocation.

  • 1004259 – Allocation of time in sports facilities for schools 2011-2012

    The Sports Officer presented draft schedules for the allocation of time in sports facilities to schools for the 2011-2012 academic year. This involves approximately 40,000 hours in total.

    Maintenance plan for outdoor sports facilities in Hafnarfjörður for 2011, presented for information.

  • 1104069-1 – Björk Gymnastics Club and Hafnarfjörður Badminton Club, matter regarding operational matters

    A proposal has been submitted by the Björk Gymnastics Club and the Hafnarfjörður Badminton Club requesting discussions regarding operational matters.

    The Sports and Leisure Committee instructs the Chair of the Sports Committee and the Sports Officer to speak with the letter writers.;

    The Head of Youth and Leisure Services reported on the number of applications and the recruitment process for the summer sports post.
