0708068 – Fornubúðir 1A (Óseyrarbraut 1b)
The plot at Óseyrarbraut 1b was considered. At its meeting on 22.12.10, the Harbour Board proposed to the Planning and Building Committee that the plot at Óseyrarbraut 1b be subdivided and merged with the plots at Óseyrarbraut 1 and Hvaleyrarbraut 2, in accordance with proposal 2. See proposals in the case file. On 18 January 2011, the Planning and Building Committee authorised local notification of the application in accordance with section 2 of article 43 of the Act no. 123/2010. The local notification period has now concluded and comments have been received. The application was considered at the planning and building officer's disposal meeting on 23 February 2011, which referred it to the Planning and Building Committee.
The Planning and Building Committee instructs the Planning and Building Department to carry out a local consultation on new proposals, which will be developed in accordance with the comments received and discussions at the meeting.;

11023070 – Hringbraut 59, enquiry
On 22/02/11, Kristín Pétursdóttir submits an enquiry regarding the construction of a garage on the plot where a car park currently stands. Drawings are attached. The application was considered at the processing meeting of the Planning and Building Officer on 23 February 2011, which referred it to the Planning and Building Committee.
The Planning and Building Committee instructs the Planning and Building Department to discuss the matter with the enquirer in accordance with the discussions at the meeting.;

11021683 – Reykjavík's Master Plan 2001-2024, Holtsgöng, new National University Hospital
A proposal from the Director of the Planning and Building Department of Reykjavík for a report on the description of the amendment to the Reykjavík Master Plan 2001–2024, concerning Holtsgötur and an increase in the building volume on the Landspítalans site on Hringbraut, was taken for discussion. 21 January 2011. The director's proposal for a comment was presented.
The Planning and Building Committee endorses the director's report and makes it its own.;

11023037 – Regional Plan for the Capital Region 2001-2024, Holtsgöng
To discuss the letter from Páll Guðjónsson, CEO of SSH, regarding the scope of work of the Planning and Building Department of the City of Reykjavík concerning the amendment to the Regional Plan for the Capital Area regarding Holtsgöng in Reykjavík, changes to the street layout and a change to the building volume on plot 6, Landsspítalalóð etc. The project specification was approved at the meeting of the Regional Planning Committee for the Capital Area on 04.02.11 and is being sent to the municipalities that are parties to the regional plan for approval and comment. Comments on the project specification, if any, are requested to be submitted to SSH by 18.03.11.
The Planning and Building Committee has no objection to the submitted specification.;

1101002 – Cycle paths, working group on planning
The cost of the working group's proposed presentation of the project was discussed, in accordance with the provisions of the regulations on working groups of the Planning and Building Committee, as approved by the Planning and Building Committee on 14 December 2010.
The Planning and Building Committee agrees to authorise the working group on cycling transport in Hafnarfjörður to advertise an open meeting on 3 March, in accordance with the attached cost estimate of 35,000 króna.

SN010005 – Master Plan of Hafnarfjörður
To discuss the planning of the area west of Straumsvík, which was deferred for four years in the 2005–2025 Master Plan for Hafnarfjörður. The deferral expires on 18 May 2011.
The Planning and Building Committee agrees to advertise a further 4-year extension of the area's master plan, in accordance with the authority of section 33 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010, and refers the matter otherwise to the revision of the Master Plan for Hafnarfjörður, which the City Council of Hafnarfjörður approved on 30 June 2010 that work should commence on. The Planning and Building Committee makes the following recommendation to the City Council: “The City Council of Hafnarfjörður approves the advertisement of a moratorium on a part of the Master Plan for Hafnarfjörður 2005–2025, area west of Straumsvík, for a further 4 years, in accordance with the authorisation in Article 33 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010.“;
1101151 – Master Plan, Town Centre - Álfaskeið, amendment
A proposal from the Department of Planning and Building for an amendment to the 2005–2025 Master Plan of Hafnarfjörður, concerning the plot at Álfaskeið 16, the site of the Álfaberg nursery school, was presented. The proposal involves changing the land use from a service facility area to a residential area. A report from the head of department regarding the procedure was presented, proposing that the planning amendment be treated as a minor amendment in accordance with Section 2. subsection of Article 36 of the Planning and Building Act no. 123/2010, as approved by the Planning and Building Council on 15.02.11. The City Council of Hafnarfjörður approved the authorisation to prepare the proposal on 24.02.11.
The Planning and Building Committee approves the proposal and makes the following recommendation to the City Council: “The City Council of Hafnarfjörður approves the proposal for an amendment to the Master Plan of Hafnarfjörður 2005–2025, dated. 20.02.2011 regarding the land use of the plot Álfaskeið 16 and that the proposal be treated as a minor amendment in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article 36 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010.“;
0912139 – Reykjanesbraut, junction with Straumsvík
A letter from Jónas Snæbjörnsson, on behalf of the Road Administration, dated 23.02.11, regarding the junction at Straumsvík and the underpass beneath the Reykjanesbraut, was presented. The Road Administration requests discussions with the Municipality of Hafnarfjörður and to present the matter to the Planning and Building Council. A representative of the Road Administration, Magnús Einarsson, attended the meeting.
