  1. General presentations

    • 1212163 – STH, new board 29.11.2012

      A communication from the Hafnarfjörður Staff Association, undated, is submitted, announcing that at the association's general meeting on 29 November, a new board was elected.

    • 1212181 – Gjáhella 1, plot boundary alignment

      A proposal from Th. Thorgrimsson & Co. regarding the plot boundaries was presented.

    • 1202073 – Strategic planning of the Culture and Tourism Committee in tourism.

      The Culture and Tourism Committee referred the final version of the tourism strategy for Hafnarfjörður to the Town Council at its meeting on 11 December.

      The Town Council refers the following proposal to the City Council: “The City Council of Hafnarfjörður approves the proposed tourism strategy for Hafnarfjörður.“

    • 1212182 – Hafravellir 1, allotment transfer

      The submission from Gudjón Sigurðsson, sent by email on 17 November, is presented, in which he requests the return of the aforementioned plot due to changed circumstances. The Planning and Building Officer has no objections to the submission.

      The Town Council confirms the above-mentioned waiver and refers the following proposal to the Town Council: “The Town Council of Hafnarfjörður approves the waiver of the plot Hafravellir 1.“

    • 1204413 – Ásvellir

      An overview of the status of the works at Ásvellir and the ownership.

    • 1207055 – Interim Statement 2012

      The operating results of the municipal treasury for January–October 2012 were presented. The finance director went over the matter.

    • Budget for the municipal fund and its enterprises 2012-2015.

      Annex V to the 2012 municipal budget was presented. The finance director presented the annex.

      The Town Council refers the following proposal to the Municipal Council: “The Municipal Council of Hafnarfjörður approves Annex V to the budget of the Municipality of Hafnarfjörður.“

      The rules of procedure of the Sorpa board, as approved by the board at its meeting on 14 December, were presented for information.
