• 1211292 – SSH Future Group, local authorities, ownership policy

  A submission from SSH, dated 20 November 2012, to the municipal councils of the member municipalities regarding the draft ownership policy for SORPA and Strætó bs. The Mayor requests the council's opinion by 29 November. Gunnar Rafn Sigurbjörnsson, Director of the Administration Department, attended the meeting and presented the matter.

• 1210658 – Fee schedule of the City of Hafnarfjörður 2013

  Tariffs submitted to the Department of the Environment and Operations.

• 1210008 – Hvaleyrarskóli, health project, grant application

  At the meeting of the town council on 15 November, the above-mentioned matter was discussed and, as a result, the application has been referred to the education service and to the environment and works department for further consideration.

• 1211083 – Museum of the Borough 2012

  At the meeting of the Culture and Tourism Committee on 1 November, a report on the condition of the museum buildings was referred to the Environment and Executive Committee.

• 1211150 – Krýsuvík, restoration 2013

  A submission from Landgræðsla ríkisins, dated 5 November, regarding a grant for land reclamation in Krýsuvík was presented. The 2012 interim report on land reclamation in Krýsuvík was presented.

• 1211227 – Strætó bs - Passenger counts in October 2012

  A report from Strætó bs regarding passenger counts in autumn 2012 was presented.

  The Environment and Operations Committee expresses its satisfaction with the significant increase in passenger numbers on the city's bus routes. The Environment and Operations Committee requests that all feedback and comments received regarding routes 43 and 44 be compiled from the autumn onwards.

• 1211251 – Red Cross clothing collection at local collection points

  A proposal from the Red Cross's undated clothing collection regarding a request for cooperation with the City of Hafnarfjörður to place small clothing collection containers at selected local collection points.

  The Environment and Operations Committee approves the application.

• 0702036 – Kaplakrika Sports Hall, construction works

  Minutes 7 and 8 of the work meetings were presented, regarding the closure of the athletics hall.
