    • 1210361 – Budget of the municipal council and its enterprises 2013-2016. First reading.

      Item 1 from the minutes of the Municipal Council meeting of 29 October. The finance manager attended the meeting and presented a proposal for the 2013 budget for the municipal fund and its enterprises, as well as the 2014-2016 plan.$line$Skipulags- og byggingarráð approved its plan on 23/10/sl. and umhverfis- og framkvæmdaráð its on 24/10. The Education Committee referred its plan to the Council on 22/10. The Family Committee referred its plan to the Council on 26/10. The Council refers the draft budget for the municipal fund and its enterprises for 2013-2016 to the first reading in the Council. $line$$line$ A presentation of the plan is scheduled to the town council on Wednesday, 31 October at 14:00. $line$

      The Finance Director of the City of Hafnarfjörður, Gerður Guðjónsdóttir, attended the meeting and presented the proposal for the 2013-2016 budget for the municipal fund and its enterprises.$line$$line$Guðrún Ágústa Guðmundsdóttir, the Mayor, took the floor and put forward the following proposals:$line$$line$Imposition of municipal taxes$line$“The Hafnarfjörður Town Council resolves that the property tax rate for 2013 shall remain unchanged, i.e. 14.48%“ $line$ $line$ Budget of the municipal fund and its enterprises 2013-2016, first reading $line$“The Hafnarfjörður Town Council resolves to refer the proposed 2013-2016 financial plan to a second reading in the Town Council on 5 December 2012″$line$$line$Rósa Guðbjartsdóttir took the floor. Then Gunnar Axel Axelsson. A short recess was taken. The Chair put forward a motion to add the item 'Imposition of Municipal Taxes 2013' to the agenda as an exception. The City Council approved the motion with 11 unanimous votes. $line$$line$Bay Council approved by 11 unanimous votes the proposed motion to refer the proposed 2013-2016 budget to a second reading in the Bay Council on 5 December 2012.

    • 1210662 – Imposition of council tax 2013

      The Mayor reintroduced the following proposed motion on the imposition of municipal taxes for 2013:$line$“The Hafnarfjörður Town Council resolves that the property tax rate for the year 2013 shall remain unchanged, i.e. 14.48%“ $line$$line$Bæjarstjórn samþykkti framlagða tillögu með 6 atkvæðum. 5 sátu hjá.
