    • 0712029 – The Council of Elders of Hafnarfjörður

      Representatives of the Hafnarfjörður Council of Elders attended the meeting. The 2013 budget process was discussed, among other things.

      The Family Council thanks the representatives of the Hafnarfjörður Council of Elders for their visit.

    • 1101401 – User-directed personal assistance

      Hrönn Hilmarsdóttir and Ásrún Jónsdóttir from the family department attended the meeting and presented the status of the project.

    • 0701243 – Appeal

      The findings of the Appeals Committee in cases no. 13/2012 and 14/2012 were presented.

      Decision of the Appeals Committee confirmed.

    • 1204336 – Family Policy of Hafnarfjörður. Revised 2012-2014

      The Family Policy of Hafnarfjörður 2012-2014 was presented. Geir Bjarnason, the prevention officer, attended the meeting and presented the policy, together with Haukur Haraldsson from the Family Department and Eiríkur Þorvarðarson from the Education Department.

      The Family Council instructs the Director of Services to appoint an implementation group to follow up on the project. The Family Council approves the revision of the family policy and refers it to the Town Council for ratification.

    • 1208427 – Disabled people, housing

      Memorandum on the development of housing for residential services for people with disabilities. Presented to the Town Council on 18 October.
