  1. General presentations

    • 1210020 – Budget 2013, work plan

      The Sports Representative and the Acting Head of Youth and Leisure Services will go over the main points regarding the preparation and submission of the budget for the coming year, 2013.

      An introduction to the main aspects of preparing a budget. Payroll plan, operating plan, maintenance matters, etc.

    • 1210027 – Hafnarfjörður Angling Club, grant application.

      A letter was submitted from the Hafnarfjörður Angling Society, applying for a leisure grant of 150,000 for the SVH youth work.

      The Sports and Leisure Committee agrees to grant SVH a leisure grant in the amount of kr. 50,000 and instructs the Acting Head of Youth and Leisure Affairs to process the grant. The committee also notes that children and young people aged 6 to 16 who are in organised coaching/training for at least 10 weeks at a time, with a minimum of one training session per week, are entitled to subsidies from the City of Hafnarfjörður.

    • 1206050 – The state of youth centre work in Hafnarfjörður

      The Acting Director of Youth and Leisure Services presents the activities and status of the youth centres in Hafnarfjörður.

      Review of the Memo on the Start-up of Youth Club Activities, Winter 2012-2013. No major changes; scope and activities are similar to before.
