    • SB040377 – Minutes of the Planning and Building Officer

      Minutes of the planning and building officer's disposal meetings of 15.08.12, 22.08.12 and 29.08.12 were presented. Item A was disposed of by the building officer in accordance with the Building Regulations Act No. 160/2010.

    • 1207137 – 22 Hverfisgata, enquiry

      The previously deferred query from Árni Björn Ómarsson of 05.07.2012 regarding the change of ridge direction on a shed on the plot is reconsidered; see attached documents and photos. The Planning and Building Committee requested a discussion with the applicant. The Planning and Building Department reported on the discussions.

      The Planning and Building Committee welcomes the query. Full documentation must be submitted when applying for planning permission.

    • 1208168 – Skipalón 5, building permit

      Fjarðarmót applies on 14.08.12 to build a 32-apartment block of flats with a fifth floor gallery and a secure underground car park. According to drawings by Sigurlaug Sigurjónsdóttir dated 14.08.12. It is requested that the building be constructed in accordance with the older regulations, pursuant to the transitional provisions of Building Regulations No. 112/2012. The application was considered at a meeting of the Planning and Building Officer on 22 August 2012, who referred it to the Planning and Building Committee.

      The Planning and Building Committee agrees that the building permit should be approved in accordance with the former Building Regulations No. 441/1998, but instructs the Building Control Officer to process the permit application in all other respects.

    • 1206178 – Steinhella 10 zoning plan

      Consideration of the Planning and Building Department's proposal for an amendment to the Hellnahraun 1 detailed plan, concerning the plot at Steinhella 10. The plan was advertised in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Act no. 123/2010. The consultation period has closed. Comments were received.

      The Planning and Building Committee endorses the responses from the Planning and Building Department to the comments, approves the detailed plan, and resolves that the matter be finalised in accordance with Article 41 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. The Planning and Building Committee makes the following recommendation to the Town Council: „The Town Council approves the detailed plan amendment for Hellnahraun 1, with regard to the plot Steinhella 10, dated 11 June 2012, and that the processing be concluded in accordance with Article 41 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.“

    • SB050584 – Reykjanesbraut, detailed plan

      Consideration of the proposal by Landmótun, on behalf of the Vegagerðin, dated for a change to the detailed plan for the dualling of the Reykjanesbraut between Kaldárselsvegur and Krýsuvíkurvegur. On the one hand, an amendment to the detailed plan for the northern part of the road dated 08.07.2004, and on the other, an amendment to the detailed plan dated 18.12.2007 for the southern part of the road. The Planning and Building Council instructed the Planning and Building Department to finalise the draft detailed plans and to advertise them in accordance with Article 43, paragraph 1 of the Act No. 123/2010. The draft detailed plan was advertised from 5 July to 17 August 2012. No comments were received.

      The Planning and Building Committee approves each of the detailed plans in turn and that the matters be concluded in accordance with Section 41 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010.

    • 1208290 – Klukkuvellir 4, zoning plan amendment

      Application from Haghúsa ehf dated 21.08.12 for a change to the site's detailed plan was considered. The matter was discussed at the planning and building officer's meeting on 29.08.2012, which referred it to the Planning and Building Committee.

      The Planning and Building Committee agrees that an amendment to the detailed plan will be advertised in accordance with Section 43 of Act No. 123/2010.

    • 1208291 – Klukkuvellir 6, change to the detailed plan

      Application from Haghúsa ehf dated 21.08.12 for a change to the site's detailed plan was considered. The matter was discussed at the planning and building officer's meeting on 29.08.2012, which referred it to the Planning and Building Committee.

      The Planning and Building Committee agrees that an amendment to the detailed plan will be advertised in accordance with Section 43 of Act No. 123/2010.

    • 1208292 – Klukkuvellir 8, change to the detailed plan

      Application from Haghúsa ehf dated 21.08.12 for a change to the site's detailed plan was considered. The matter was discussed at the planning and building officer's meeting on 29.08.2012, which referred it to the Planning and Building Committee.

      The Planning and Building Committee agrees that an amendment to the detailed plan will be advertised in accordance with Section 43 of Act No. 123/2010.

    • SB060858 – Fields, Phase 7, detailed planning work.

      The continuation of the planning work was discussed.

      After discussion, the matter was postponed.

    • 1207274 – Enquiry regarding the phasing of street construction charges for a stable yard

      The Town Council requests that the Planning and Building Committee review the planning and building conditions, along with the fee schedule, for the horse stable plots.

      The Planning and Building Committee requests that the Planning and Building Department review the layout of the equestrian area and propose changes for the next meeting.

    • 1207247 – New landfill site, site selection

      A proposal from Sorpa bs regarding a new landfill site in the area was presented.

    • 1110324 – Regional Plan for the Suðurnes area 2008-2024, draft

      To reconsider the letter from the Cooperation Committee on Regional Planning for the South-West Lands of 20.07.12, which sends for consultation the proposal for the Regional Plan for the South-West Lands, together with the environmental report. The deadline for comments is 13 September 2012. Postponed at the last meeting. A memorandum from Jónas Þór Guðmundsson, solicitor, dated 31 August 2012, regarding who holds the heating rights in Krýsuvík was presented.

      The Planning and Building Committee welcomes the response to the previous report from Hafnarfjörður municipality on consultation regarding walking and cycling paths and other matters of common interest. Otherwise, reference is made to the previous opinion, and the point concerning geothermal rights in the entire Krýsuvíkurtorfan (Krýsuvík and Stóra Nýjabær), as set out in the deed of conveyance of the land dated 20 February 1941, is reiterated.

    • 1206124 – Council meetings

      The Director of the Stage presents the rules on the publication of data with minutes.

    • Budget for the Department of Planning and Building 2012

      The 2012 budget for the Department of Planning and Building was discussed.

      The preparation of the 2013 budget and a three-year plan were discussed. It was decided to hold a working meeting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, 12 September.
