  On 25 November 2016, Hamravellr ehf applied to establish a raw material processing facility at the northern end, in accordance with drawings by Kristján Bjarnason dated 20 November 2016.

• 1703023 – Steinhella 10, as-built drawings

  On 2 March 2017, Advania Data Centers ehf. submitted as-built drawings following the final inspection, drawn by Davíð Karl Karlsson on 9 March 2004. Changes to fire protection and internal layout. Drawings stamped by the Capital Region Fire and Rescue Service, the Public Health Authority, and reviewed by a fire protection designer.

• 1605323 – Norðurhella 9, alteration, guesthouse.

  To be taken up again.
  Mótandi ehf. applied on 18 May 2016 for a permit to build a 16-unit guesthouse in accordance with drawings by Sigurður Þorvarðarson dated 11 May 2016. The building is conventionally reinforced-concrete, insulated and clad on the exterior. New drawings were received on 15 December 2016.

  On 29 December 2016, Jón Ingi Garðarsson ehf applied to change the names of spaces and add mezzanines to storage areas, in accordance with drawings by Jón Guðmundsson dated 3 August 2015.

• 1703121 – Klettahraun 23, building permit

  On 08.03.2017, Magnús Ingi Óskarsson and Signý Jóhannesdóttir applied for an extension to the living room and lowering of the floor, an extension to the garage, an extension to the bathroom, and the demolition of internal walls, in accordance with drawings by Freyr Frostason dated 07.03.2017.

  The planning and building officer's disposal meeting agrees to subject the application to neighbour consultation as it does not comply with the local plan.

• 1703089 – 66 Reykjavíkurvegur, access to the rear of the building - escape routes.

  A complaint has been received from the owner of Reykjavikurvegur 66, pointing out the restricted access to the rear of the building and the obvious danger this could pose should an ambulance or fire engine be required. A right of access from Trönuhraun is very unclear, and there are commercial businesses there that have placed various loose items from their operations on the driveway. These include, amongst others, car parts sales, car bodywork spray painting companies, and the repair and manufacture of voltage converters.

  The building control officer advises owners that if they intend to alter a driveway and request a servitude from Hjallahraun, this is subject to the consent of the owners of Reykjavikurvegur 64.

• 1701045 – 72 Reykjavíkurvegur, internal alterations

  On 4 January 2017, Norðurey ehf. applied to alter the internal layout in accordance with drawings by Ívar Haukason of 2 January 2017.
