    • 18129663 – 143 Middle Terrace, building permit, extension

      Díana Rós A. Rivera and Hrund S Þórisdóttir are applying for an extension to a semi-detached house, to be built above the garage. The extension will include a large bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and a utility room. The roof of the garage, which requires repair, is also being finalised in accordance with drawings by Helgi Steinar Helgason dated 20.12.2018. Neighbour's consent was also received. New drawings stamped by SHS were received on 10.01.2019.

      The building control officer approves the application in accordance with the Buildings Act No. 160/2010.

    • 1811382 – Selhella 8, building permit, alteration

      HS Veitur hf. is applying for a licence to convert an already approved building into an office/service building, in accordance with drawings by Guðni Pálsson dated 23 November 2018. Two copies of the drawings were submitted.
      New drawings were received on 7 December 2018.
      Drawings with the fire brigade stamp were received on 11 January 2019.

      The building control officer approves the application in accordance with the Buildings Act No. 160/2010.

      On 28 August 2018, IsoTec ehf applied to erect an 1,800 m² steel-framed building in accordance with the drawings of Sigurbjörn Halldórsson.

      Selið Fasteignafélag ehf. applies on 17.07.2018 for a change to previously approved drawings, in accordance with drawings by Jón Þór Þorvaldsson dated 23.10.2017. Drawings are stamped by SHS.       Endurvinnslan hf is applying on 15.01.2019 for a permit for internal alterations to 0102, in accordance with drawings by Rafn Guðmundsson dated 07.01.2019. Drawings stamped by SHS and the Health Authority for the Hafnarfjörður and Kópavogur area. Consent from the co-owner/landowner has also been received.

      On 16 January 2019, Keilir Golf Club applied for internal alterations to the premises in accordance with drawings by Páll Bjarnason dated 8 January 2019, stamped by SHS and the Health Authority.

    • 18129525 – Suðurvangur 7, enquiry

      On 7 January 2019, Trípólí Architects requested a position from the planning authorities regarding a change to the detailed plan for 7 Suðurvang, in order to extend the building. The submission includes new sketches showing the proposed changes.
