Kristrún was born and raised in Reykjavík but now lives in Hafnarfjörður. Kristrún has engaged in various art forms over the years, such as glass art, silversmithing, porcelain painting, and acrylic and watercolour painting. Kristrún has attended various courses over the years. In recent years, she has dedicated her artistic practice to creating images using ink and mixed media.

Kristrún is independent in her artistic creation and has enjoyed developing her inner artist. The pictures are painted with ink and mixed media. Kristrún's pictures are abstract, and she arranges beautiful colours and shapes on them.

The exhibition opening will be at 17:00 on 21 November and the exhibition will run until after the New Year.
