Planning statement regarding amendments to the 2013-2025 Master Plan for Hafnarfjörður  regarding the relocation of Hamranes Line 1 and 2 in accordance with the Planning Act No. 123/2010 and the Planning Regulations No. 90/2013. 

At the meeting of the Hafnarfjörður Town Council on 7 December 2022, it was approved to commence work on an amendment to the 2013–2025 Hafnarfjörður Master Plan, concerning the undergrounding of Hamranes Line 1 and 2.  This concerns the laying of an underground cable from Gráhelluhraun to a substation in Hamranes. 

The planning statement will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Customer Service Centre at Strandgata 6 and at the Department of Environment and Planning at Norðurhæð 2 from 14.12. 2022 – 11.01.2023. The data can also be viewed below.
