Change to the detailed plan, Kapelluhraun Phase 2 – Álhella 1

At its meeting on 1 March 2023, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council resolved to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for the plot Álhellar 1, in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 43 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. This concerns an amendment to the detailed plan for Phase 2 of Kapelluhraun in Hafnarfjörður.

The zoning plan amendment involves enlarging the plot, repositioning access to the plot, and moving and extending the earth bunds. A sound barrier will be provided within the plot along the boundary with plots 1 and 3 of Álhellu. The plot's utilisation ratio will be Nh = 0.4.

The proposal will be on display at the Hafnarfjörður Service Centre, Strandgata 6, and at the Department of Environment and Planning, Norðurhellu 2, from 23.03 to 04.05 2023. The outline plan can also be viewed below.
