On Thursdays and Saturdays, we open our club doors to everyone interested, where we offer people the chance to try out the club's various boats free of charge.
At open days, you can choose to go kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing a canoe, and even go for a sail in a dinghy.
As with so much of our work, the open houses are subject to the weather conditions at any given time.
Open house:
Thursdays from 5 pm – 10 pm.
Saturdays from 10 am – 1 pm.
The Sailing Club Þytur is located at 88 Strandgata in Hafnarfjörður. The club offers sailing courses and training for children and adults.
