Site development
The City of Hafnarfjörður, as the client, invites tenders for the site works for the new nursery school at Áshamar 9 in Hafnarfjörður. The nursery school was put out to tender in a general tender, without the site works. The school is approximately 1,200 m²2 and consists of six storeys. An agreement was made with Tharfathing for the construction, and the agreed completion date is 31 January 2025. The plot is approximately 12,500 m2 in terms of area, of which the nursery building is about 1,200 m2.The contractor will be handed the plot rough-levelled to a height of approximately 15 cm below the final level. The works consist of completing the plot and car park with fencing, play equipment, etc.
The project is completed in two phases.
The works are in two phases, 15 December 2024 and 1 May 2025. This is an electronic tender and all bids and supporting documents must be submitted via the electronic tendering system Ajoursystem.
