Great and varied strength and fitness training for women aged 60 and over. We work on increasing muscle strength and capacity, using all sorts of exercises to do so. We always finish the sessions with stretching and leave feeling even more refreshed.

In our varied sessions, we work on strength, muscular endurance, stamina and mobility through a diverse range of exercises and variations. We respect one another, show pride in our training and adapt all exercises to suit each woman's individual needs.

Facilities

We offer inspiring, professional and high-quality training, a variety of group classes and a well-equipped gym. Towels for your use and all the essentials, such as sanitary products, cotton buds, hair dryers and straighteners, are available in our fantastic changing room. We encourage you to exercise at your own pace, have fun, and improve your health.

Times

60+ Strength takes place every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 13:10 to 14:00. Women over the age of sixty are also welcome at all our other Women's Strength classes, where people of all ages train side-by-side, each at their own ability.
