The survey was conducted by telephone and online from 22 November to 6 January. In total, nearly fifteen thousand people aged 18 and over in the country's nineteen municipalities were surveyed. A total of 451 people in Hafnarfjörður responded to the survey.

The results provide an indication of residents' satisfaction with certain services, regardless of whether they use the service or not. At the same time, information is obtained about service areas that would be beneficial to examine in more detail.

We are proud of the result.
