New plots for sale in Ásland 4
Plots for detached houses, semi-detached houses and terraced houses are now available in the second phase of plot allocation in Ásland 4. Development of this latest development area in Hafnarfjörður has already begun.

Ásland 4 is the newest development area in Hafnarfjörður, and construction has already begun. New plots have now been added and the second phase of development has begun. The City of Hafnarfjörður has opened applications for 33 plots for detached houses, 6 plots for terraced houses and 5 plots for semi-detached houses, for a total of 75 homes. The overhead lines between Hamranes Power Station and Kaldárselsvegur have been converted to an underground cable, and the masts and overhead lines have been removed, with the exception of the mast nearest Hamranes.
