Spaces of Care: Creative Reflections for Neurodivergent Moms
This gentle, interactive workshop is designed to honor the lived realities of neurodivergent mothers. Whether formally diagnosed or self-discovered, you are invited into a safe space to explore your personal constraints and capacities through metaphor, creativity, and reflection.
Led by Sanna M. Arthur — ICF-accredited coach, owner of Speshal Coaching, and AuDHD mom — participants will be guided to creatively express their experiences and reframe challenges as worthy of care rather than sources of guilt or pressure.
The session balances quiet individual exploration with optional sharing, creating a supportive environment where participants can connect, reflect, and leave with a renewed sense of agency and compassion for themselves.
