Proposals for amendments to the Master Plan of Hafnarfjörður
Notices of amendments to the 2013-2025 Master Plan of Hafnarfjörður: Expansion of the S1 Community Services zone at Hrafnista, harbour area – densification of the Suðurhöfn, Flensborgarhöfn and Hamarshöfn areas, for Ásland 4 and an increase in nursing home places on the plot at Hringhamar 43 in the Hamranes M3 zone. The changes have been submitted to the Planning Authority for approval. Expansion of the S1 community services area at Hrafnista
At its meeting on 9 October 2024, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved a minor amendment to the Hafnarfjörður Master Plan 2013-2025 in accordance with section 2 of Article 36 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. The Community Service Area S1 is extended by 0.12 ha and OP1 is reduced by 0.12 ha. The reason for the change is that the plot at Hraunvangur 7 needs to be extended to the west to allow for development possibilities on the plot. Consolidation of the built-up South Harbour, Flensburg Harbour and the Quay Harbour
At its meeting on 9 October 2024, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved a minor amendment to the Hafnarfjörður Master Plan 2013-2025 in accordance with section 2 of Article 36 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. The amendment consists of a textual change in the explanatory document, removing the percentage discounts on plot prices for certified buildings. Regarding Ásland 4
At its meeting on 11 November 2024, the Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved a minor amendment to the Hafnarfjörður Master Plan 2013-2025 in accordance with section 2 of Article 36 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. The amendment consists of a text amendment in the statement of reasons regarding housing development on the plot IB11/Ásland 4. Increase in nursing beds on the site at Hringhamar 43 in the Hamranes M3 area
Hafnarfjörður Town Council approved a minor amendment to the Hafnarfjörður Master Plan 2013-2025 at its meeting on 6 November 2024, in accordance with section 2 of Article 36 of the Planning Act No. 123/2010. The amendment consists of a text change to the statement of principles, permitting an increase in nursing care places on the plot at Hringhamar 43 in the Hamranes M3 area.
