Asphalt repairs (potholes) will be carried out in Hafnarfjörður today, Thursday 21 September, on Fjarðargata and Reykjavíkurveg.

Asphalt repairs (potholes) will be carried out in Hafnarfjörður today, Thursday, 21 September.

  • Fjarðargata from 12-14
  • Reykjavik Road from 13:00 to 15:00

Fjarðargata will be closed between Vesturgata and Lækjargata. The diversion route is via Reykjavíkurvegur, Hverfsgata, Linnetstígur and Fjarðarbraut. Reykjavíkurvegur will be closed between Flatahraun and Arnarhraun. The diversion route will be via Flatahraun, Sléttahraun and Arnarhraun.

In addition, asphalt repairs can also be expected around the junction of Reykjavikurvegur and Hjallabraut, but the road will not be closed, only partially. Delays can be expected for traffic in the area.
