Flensburg Harbour and the Öseyrar area

A total of 14 proposals were received in the open ideas competition for the future planning of Flensborg Harbour and the Óseyrar area, organised by the Port of Hafnarfjörður in collaboration with the Architectural Association of Iceland. Trophy-less Hafnarfjörður

On the 18th of April, the „Plastic-Free Hafnarfjörður“ project was officially launched as a collaboration between Hrafnista and the Norðurberg nursery. The project involves residents, service users and staff at Hrafnista sewing canvas bags for the children's dirty and wet clothes. The Planning and Building Committee of Hafnarfjörður approved at its meeting on 3 April 2018 to advertise a proposal for an amended detailed plan for Skarðshlíðar 3rd Phase, in accordance with section 1 of Article 43 of the Planning Act no. 123/2010.
