Classical music in Ásvallalaug – Free entry to the pool
The Iceland Symphony Orchestra and RÚV's major concert, Our Classical Music – Songs of Life, takes place for the tenth time in Eldborg, Harpa, on Friday 29 August at 20:00. It will be broadcast on screen at Ásvallalaug. Swimming is free from 19:00.

Do you love classical music? Do you love swimming? You can combine these passions on Friday evening, go for a free swim at Ásvallalaug and enjoy our symphony orchestra on a big screen. The concert will also be broadcast live on RÚV. The motto for this year's concert, now in its tenth year, is 'The Song of Life'.
Yes, our classic will be floating in the country's pools, and Ásvallalaug is one of the swimming spots taking part in the fun! We'll be open until 22:30 for this occasion, and swimming is FREE from 19:00!

This year's concert is to celebrate the band's 75th anniversary.
