Let's look after our health and daily exercise.
Cycling to work is for many a welcome spring treat and a great time to think about your health and daily exercise. The initiative is a good way for workplaces across the country to look after staff morale and to liven up the atmosphere. The aim of the project is to promote daily exercise and to raise awareness of active travel, as cycling is both an active and environmentally friendly mode of transport. Cycling is an ideal way to get outdoors, a great form of exercise and a good way to keep fit. Just remember to use common sense in traffic, wear your helmet and use your bell. The main thing is to get as many people as possible involved as often as possible, whether by cycling, walking, taking the bus, using roller skates or another active mode of transport.
